Windows 7 : 5 seconds to recognise a usb device !

It's amazing that when I insert a card reader with SD card inserted into USB port, it only cost me 5 seconds to 'Ready to use' state ! I need to use 15 or 20 seconds in Windows XP (The actions to find a new hardware, initializing, installing drivers...etc) .
