Creating and Sharing Windows 7 Themes

In Personalization Control Panel, users are easy to change their desktop background, windows color and sounds with a single click, take a look to the screen shot to learn more.
In Windows 7 RC, you can see a bunch new theme, for example, an Architecture theme. This theme contains six photos which randomly change on the background, with Twilight windows color and Cityscape sound effects.
